Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can stop renewing at any time from Billing; access and credits stay until the end of the paid cycle, and any e-mandate with your bank is cancelled from the next cycle. There are no partial-cycle refunds once a cycle has started.

Amounts charged without credits being delivered are refunded in full, in INR, to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of verification, including payment gateway fees.

If a platform fault consumed credits without delivering results, report it within 7 days; verified cases are re-credited.

Use the contact page with your registered email and payment reference. Requests are audited and answered within 2 business days.

Refunds include the GST charged on the refunded amount, adjusted through a credit note as tax law requires.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
